We provide acquisition/development/rehab funds for condominium conversion projects.

Tenacity Capital Tenacity Capital will lend acquisition financing to purchase your building from the current owner. We also fund conversion-related structural renovations, the cost of upgrading common areas such as lobby and hallways, and have funding available for phase II development.

When Tenacity Capital provides conversion funding, short term acquisition and renovation loans are repaid out of individual condominium sale proceeds, once conversion and sales are completed.
