Redevelopment is occurring at a fast pace in Washington. Mount Pleasant and Columbia Heights are experiencing particular growth.
The Tenacity Group, a financing, real estate advisory and tenant conversion company, recently completed a conversion project in Mount Pleasant, allowing tenants and non-tenants the possibility of homeownership in an area slated for revitalization.
Located four blocks from the Columbia Heights Metro Station and two blocks from Rock Creek Park, Park Terrace, at 3314 Mount Pleasant St. NW, includes studio, one- and two-bedroom homes. Additional upscale restaurants and retail shops are anticipated in this neighborhood, which already includes plenty of stores and eateries. Within blocks of Park Terrace are the restaurants and night life of Adams Morgan.
